October 2006 - PLATH and PROCITEC Found Subsidiary in Switzerland

In order to consolidate their service for Swiss customers, PLATH GmbH and PROCITEC GmbH founded an enterprise in Switzerland together, each party holding 50 percent of the shares.

 

September 2006 - PLATH Group Expands Core Competences

With a 30-percent share, a corollary of their successful cooperation during the past few years, PLATH GmbH has solidified its competences in the field of database-supported information systems. InnoSysTec GmbH will reinforce PLATH GmbH in the competence fields of database-supported information systems and evaluation.
