Front End Processor
The FEP is suited for processing and online monitoring of wideband signal scenarios. Due to its highly integrated concept of automated parallel and sequential signal interception by online and offline processing the FEP allows for processing of up to 64 signals of priority in parallel.
The multi-channel multi-bandwidth DDC simultaneously offers multiple channels with different bandwidths adapted to the signal bandwidth. Different signal delays can be assigned to each DDC-channel. The use of frequency lists allows for fast switching of DDC channels. Spectrum data is delivered for a wideband spectrum overview with high frequency resolution.
Signal data can be stored for at least several hours up to several days depending on scenario and hardware configuration. Parallel reading and writing for all DDC-IF channels and results of the system are included. Incorporated Automatic Production Channels (APC) enable knowledge based signal recognition, speech detection, demodulation and decoding.
